FASHION DESIGNER MARK GOLDENBERG WINS BRAND INNOVATION AWARD OF AVERY DENNISON. This year at International Talent Support (ITS) in Trieste (Italy), the israeli fashion designer Mark Goldenberg was awarded the first Avery Dennison Brand Innovation Award for his innovative apparel branding collection.

KARL LAGERFELD NEW COLLECTION. Last week at  London´s Selfridges , the new collection of Karl Lagerfeld was launched. The collection transmits the spirit and the looks of the creator, obviously it is almost absolutely in black and white, that just have a contrast in colours like military green, red, and silver. Only one print, black and white is all over, same as designer’s profiles, made with dripping fake effect. The bags are made of snake skin leather, python leather, ray leather, suede, croco, and silk. Colours follow the collection’s spectrum: orange, lilac, gray, pink fuchsia, red and black. TOP MODELS AT BACKSTAGE. The Elie Saab Haute Couture backstage was the perfect set to get beautiful portraits of Karlie Kloss, Kasia Struss and Toni Garrn. The models were styled in a natural  way with simple French braids and soft and light makeup with just black eyeliner emphasizing the eyes,  in contrast to the luxury fabrics, embroideries and lace of the gowns. BACKSTAGE IMAGES OF A CONCEPTUAL CASTING. Givenchy Men show’s casting is usually very original and conceived to show a definite idea of fashion and almost of anthropology too, mixing genres and pushing their traditional boundaries. Spring-Summer/2013 show included classic top models with short hair, as Stella Tennant, Iris Struberger and other new ones as Janice Alida or Kolfinna Kristofersdottir. Again part of the casting was “Made in Brazil”, some already are brand’s official models, other are new faces, anyway all sexy guys, Diego Fragoso, Lucas Coppini, Ricardo Figueredo, Rodrigo Braga or William Jagnow.
