THE BEAUTY OF BETTE FRANKE Bette Franke is that beautifuldutch model with blue eyes and great brown hair, who was discovered at 14 years old, in Amsterdam by modeling agent Wilma Wakker. Bette was born on 3rd December 1989 in Heemskerk, North Holland. She lives in New York now and is famous for her sensual and thick lips.
